Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Silver Creek, MS, seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to lead compliance efforts and enhance safety programs. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a background in EHS management within an industrial setting. The ideal candidate will coordinate training, manage reporting, and ensure adherence to environmental regulations. A Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related field is preferred; Associate degree is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment with 3 years as Manager of a Safety Department.
Responsibilities
Provide proactive leadership to achieve the EH&S vision.
Manage environmental, health, and safety programs at the facility.
Oversee safety training and compliance programs.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify hazards.
