Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or related field with 5+ years in manufacturing, experience with EHS systems, and lean safety improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance with EHS regulations and maintain records.
• Drive a Zero Incident Culture for all employees.
• Lead programs in Ergonomics, Behavior Based Safety and plant safety metrics.
• Conduct root cause analysis of EHS incidents and near misses.
• Coordinate EHS-related contractor activities and assist with emergency response.
