Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Distribution EHS Coordinator for our Springfield, MO distribution center. The role supports Environmental, Health, and Safety programs and reports to the Distribution Safety Manager, focusing on compliance and safe operations.

The candidate should be a recent graduate with appropriate training, capable of developing and managing safety initiatives, conducting training, inspections, and incident investigations to maintain a safe workplace.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, OH&S, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and safety standards.
• OSHA 30-Hour and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and manage safety programs at the distribution center.
• Conduct safety inspections, incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Lead safety training and Safety Committee activities.
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs and compliance records.
• Coordinate with regulators and internal teams on safety matters.
