Job summary

Kellanova seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Manager for its Jackson, TN facility. You will lead safety and environmental initiatives, drive compliance with OSHA/EPA requirements, and mentor a team of Safety Technicians to elevate site-wide safety culture.

You will develop training programs, manage risk, and partner with stakeholders to prevent injuries and incidents while ensuring regulatory adherence and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Strong leadership, training, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
