Job summary

Prysmian is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at our Jackson, TN facility. You will partner with operations to drive compliance, reduce risk, and foster a safety-first culture across site-wide HSE initiatives and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Engineering, Manufacturing, Environmental, or a related technical discipline.
• 3-5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NEC, TCEQ, and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the leadership team by providing technical guidance, overseeing HSE activities, and supporting site safety initiatives.
• Drive compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and training programs across the facility.
• Assess and reduce risk through hazard analyses, risk assessments, machine guarding initiatives, and proactive safety improvements.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and strengthen workplace safety performance.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and OEMs to ensure safe equipment, processes, and continuous improvement of HSE programs.
