Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Manager II to lead safety programs across multiple project sites with a strong emphasis on team development.

You will mentor field crews, coordinate with subcontractors and customers, and ensure adherence to company and regulatory health, safety and environmental standards. The role requires 5+ years of related experience and CHST certification, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience in health, safety and environmental programs on construction sites.
• CHST certification required or actively pursuing certification.
• Ability to coach, develop and manage field safety teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and supervise safety programs across project sites with a field emphasis.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and deliver required training.
• Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors and customers to uphold HSE standards.
