Reyes Holdings is seeking an EHS Manager to promote a safe, healthy workplace and drive continuous improvement across operations in Kentucky. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field with 5–7 years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 8–10+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a safe and healthy work culture and leads continuous improvement to reduce process risk.
• Provides technical advice, coaching, and mentoring on safety initiatives and training on hazardous condition monitoring and safety equipment.
• Supports EHS goals for site managers and activity-based goals for functional managers to drive culture and results.
• Supports execution of corporate sustainability strategies and engages stakeholders on projects, investigating accidents to determine causes and preventive measures.
• Other duties as assigned.
