Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an EHSS Regional Manager to lead environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs across multiple facilities in Kentucky. The role requires partnering with site leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a culture focused on zero injuries and environmental stewardship.

Travel 30-50% is expected. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 8+ years of EHSS experience in industrial settings, and ISO 14001 expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 8+ years in EHSS in industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong OSHA/EPA/ANSI/NFPA knowledge.
• Experience with multiple locations/regional operations.
• ISO 14001 experience required.
• CSP or similar certification preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHSS programs across multiple facilities.
• Administer OSHA and EPA compliance programs.
• Drive proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Conduct EHSS audits and manage corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Support emergency response planning.
• Develop EHSS policies, procedures, and trainings.
• Oversee environmental reporting and regulatory submissions.
• Coach site teams and serve as regional EHSS SME.
• Support ISO 14001 implementation and audits.
• Report EHSS metrics to leadership.
