Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks an EHS Manager in McCook, IL to lead safety programs, promote a healthy culture, and drive continuous improvement to reduce work process risk. You will coach employees on safety initiatives, coordinate training on hazardous condition monitoring and equipment use, and align site EHS goals with corporate sustainability strategies.

This role supports incident investigations, participates in background checks and drug screening processes, and participates in a discretionary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in safety programs with a track record of driving results.
• Experience delivering safety training and coaching to diverse teams.
• Knowledge of hazardous condition monitoring and safety equipment use.

Responsibilities

• The EHS Manager promotes and facilitates a safe, healthy culture and leads continuous improvement to reduce work process risk.
• This role provides technical advice, coaching, and mentoring on safety initiatives and coordinates team member training.
• You will support EHS goals for site and functional managers to drive culture and results.
• You will support execution of corporate sustainability strategies and investigate accidents to prevent recurrence.
• Other duties as assigned.
