Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead health, safety and environmental activities across manufacturing and distribution facilities. You will partner with site management to provide SME support on regulatory programs and sustainability efforts, including wastewater, hazardous materials, and compliance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience or HS Diploma with 9+ years of experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Knowledge of local, state or federal environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; travel up to 50%.
• Pass post-offer background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs to reduce workplace injuries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Audit EHS programs and systems; provide SME guidance for regulatory adherence.
• Identify improvements and share best practices across facilities.
• Lead ergonomic, wastewater, stormwater, and other compliance programs.
• Collaborate with Facility and Fleet teams on RCRA, OSHA, and DOT compliance.
• Prepare emergency response and maintain training programs for employees.
