You will lead training, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives to strengthen safety culture and ensure regulatory adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant EHS experience including leadership.
• CHMM, ASP/CSP, or CIH certification preferred or required where applicable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.

• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, training, and recordkeeping programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations and environmental permits.
• Lead employee safety and environmental training across all facilities.
• Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and investigations; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and prepare required environmental reports.
• Oversee hazardous materials handling, storage, and disposal.
• Analyze safety trends and processes to prevent workplace incidents.
• Lead and develop the EHS team, including hiring and performance management.
• Partner with site leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety culture.
