Job summary

Aztalan Bio LLC in Johnson Creek, WI seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead plant-wide EH&S activities, ensure compliance with all policies, and drive continuous improvement.

You will develop safety standards, train staff, oversee regulatory programs (Title V air permit, wastewater, groundwater, storm water), manage the site safety committee, and lead incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environment, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Ongoing EHS training, minimum 40 hours per year.
• Minimum five years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient with MS Office for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate EHS goals; develop strategies for safe, healthy workplace.
• Develop and maintain written safety standards and procedures aligned with regulations.
