Job summary

Plumlogix is seeking a Safety Health & Environment Manager to lead and uphold our EHS programs across manufacturing operations in Minnesota. The role ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulations while aligning with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

The successful candidate will partner with operations, engineering, and facilities teams to identify risks, investigate incidents, and implement engineering controls that reduce injuries and environmental impacts.

Qualifications

• Lead and maintain environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable regulations while supporting ISO 14001 and OHSAS/ISO 45001.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and facilities teams to identify risks, investigate incidents, and implement controls to reduce injuries, illnesses, and environmental impacts.
• Develop, implement, and improve EHS policies, procedures, and site-wide programs to foster a culture of safety and regulatory excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS training strategy and delivery, identifying training needs and ensuring employees are equipped to work safely and effectively.
• Conduct safety and industrial hygiene assessments, analyze trends, evaluate sampling results, and provide actionable recommendations to address hazards and compliance risks.
