Job summary

PLZ Corp is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager to drive regulatory compliance and continuous safety improvement across our manufacturing facilities. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, develop strong safety culture, and coordinate training programs to ensure safe operations and environmental responsibility. The role emphasizes proactive risk mitigation and thorough regulatory adherence across all shifts and sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS regulations across the site.
• Conduct hazard assessments, incident investigations, and safety observations.
• Lead training programs including Operator, Contractor, and Mechanical Integrity trainings.
• Develop and maintain safety policies, programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
