Job summary

Plum Gas Solutions is seeking a Safety Director to establish a single safety structure across field operations, service activities, manufacturing and fabrication environments. You will translate regulatory and customer expectations into clear standards, procedures, training and field practices used daily.

The role combines hands-on leadership with field presence, coaching leaders, identifying risk early and building systems to support Plum’s growth across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental health, engineering, industrial technology, or related field.
• Significant progressive experience leading HSE or safety programs in oil and gas, industrial services, fabrication, construction or similar high-hazard environments.
• Preferred CSP/CRSP/CIH or equivalent professional designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Plum’s global HSE strategy, policies, standards and annual objectives across the United States and Canada.
• Partner with executives to integrate safety into business planning, project execution and growth.
• Provide visible safety leadership across field operations, fabrication and manufacturing.
• Identify and control operational risks through assessments, audits and effective controls.
• Oversee incidents, investigations and corrective actions; establish global safety KPIs.
