Job summary

Partnering with laboratory, Facilities, Quality, Security, and other teams, you will translate complex requirements into practical controls, build EHS culture, and drive data-driven performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related science field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS, biosafety, or related experience.
• Certification in CSP/CIH/CHMM/RBP/CBSP or ability to obtain.
• Experience with EHS management systems, audits, and corrective actions.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to convey complex requirements.
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting using standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS programs and guidance per laws and practices.
• Conduct risk assessments for labs and support activities.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause, implement corrective actions.
• Support EHS management systems: risk registers, audits, reviews.
• Lead routine inspections, track findings and ensure closure.
• Deliver EHS training and maintain records.
• Maintain EHS data, dashboards, and reports to reveal trends.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to promote EHS ownership.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
