LabCentral, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Senior Associate to support our Cambridge laboratories. You will help maintain a safe working environment, assist with hazard assessments, and coordinate EHS activities across resident biotech companies.

The role requires 1–2 years of EHS experience, willingness to obtain OSHA HAZWOPER, EPA RCRA, and DOT trainings, and the ability to work on-site in Cambridge, MA with a cross-functional team.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of relevant EHS experience in biotech or lab settings.
• Willingness to obtain OSHA HAZWOPER, EPA RCRA, and DOT trainings.
• On-site work in Cambridge, MA and ability to work with diverse teams.

• Maintain safe lab operations and provide resources for a safe working environment.
• Support hazard assessments, IBC meetings, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate EHS activities and training, track permits and registrations.
• Liaise with EHS contractors, staff and resident companies, emergency coordination.
