Wollaston Alloys/CPP Boston in Braintree, MA seeks an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead site compliance and performance. The role focuses on safety, health, and environmental programs across the facility, ensuring regulatory adherence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing EHS experience.
• Working knowledge of environmental, safety, and transportation regulations.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Improve EHS performance to world-class standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead EHS programs, governance, and project management at site.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Manage environmental permits and coordination with facilities/ consultants.
• Prepare and present local EHS metrics and trend data.
