Job summary

Vulcan Metals Corporation seeks an experienced EHS Manager to develop and sustain Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at our Atchison and St. Joseph sites. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state rules while driving a strong safety culture and environmental stewardship.

You will partner with site leadership to protect employees and contractors, coordinate security, and lead training across two locations in Kansas and Missouri.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of EHS management experience in manufacturing, foundry, or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience with incident investigations, audits, and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain EHS programs for Atchison/St. Joseph sites.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and state regulations.
• Lead training on safety practices and environmental responsibilities.
• Drive a safety-focused culture and environmental stewardship.
• Coordinate site security and contractor management across two locations.
