Job summary

Amcor Limited in Lawrence, KS is seeking an Environment, Health, and Safety Coordinator to develop and manage safety programs across shifts. You will coordinate training, maintain OSHA/EPA compliance, and lead incident investigations to prevent injuries and incidents.

The role requires a BS in Industrial Safety Management (preferred) and 1+ year in industrial safety, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• 1+ year of safety experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Some knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly accident summary reports.
• Assist in maintaining OSHA 300 Logs and related reports.
• Coordinate training courses for in-house opportunities.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections across shifts.
• Lead incident investigations and reporting; identify corrective actions.
