IFF in Carrollton, TX is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the site safety program and drive a culture of health, safety and environmental excellence. Based onsite, you will manage the EHS team, implement OSHA and corporate safety requirements, and coordinate health assessments and incident investigations.

You will partner with site leadership to maintain ISO 14001, manage contractor safety, and roll out MOCs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in the EHS field or equivalent progressive work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of management or supervisory experience in a food plant or related business.
• Experience developing a Safety Culture.
• Knowledge of Safe Behaviors and Practices, as well as Machine Safety.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to train personnel on OSHA and Corporate-wide safety requirements.
• Experience implementing site-wide safety-related programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Manage the EHS team and oversee hiring/termination of personnel and performance reviews.
• Ensure the highest level of site safety through risk assessments and training programs.
• Maintain OSHA and environmental compliance reporting.
• Oversee site waste management with the goal of zero to landfill with a Green team.
• Maintain ISO 14001 certification in collaboration with site leadership.
• Oversee contractor management policies at the site.
• Lead EHS-related problem solving and Gemba walk activities.
• Serve as the primary site EHS contact internally and externally.
• Roll out corporate MOCs and policies at the site.
• Provide EHS training across departments per the annual program.
• Coordinate annual medical exams and occupational health assessments.
• Support incident investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Track safety metrics and maintain data systems.
• Sponsor continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environment.
• Establish and chair the Site Safety Committee.
• Collaborate with project teams on changes and CapEx installations.
• Ensure PPE stock and safety equipment availability.
