Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and oversee all EHS programs. You will drive regulatory compliance, develop and implement safety policies, and lead audits across our data center campuses.

The role requires 8+ years of EHS experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and CSP or equivalent certifications (or the ability to obtain within two years). Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, safety, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of EHS experience, preferably in mission-critical environments.
• Certifications from Board of Certified Safety Professionals or equivalent, or ability to obtain within two years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all EHS programs across QTS Data Centers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all EHS programs.
• Conduct and review audits, recommending improvements.
• Maintain environmental permits and regulatory filings.
• Investigate incidents and propose preventive measures.
• Identify EHS and sustainability risks and develop mitigation programs.
• Oversee EHS training and workforce development.
• Lead site EHS champions and drive program adoption.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documents and set corporate EHS goals.
