QTS Data Centers is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and manage comprehensive EHS programs across our data centers. You will drive proactive safety culture, compliance, and risk mitigation to protect employees and assets.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in EHS and 8+ years in EHS, with certifications (or ability to obtain) and 25–50% travel. Join a purpose-driven team prioritizing safety, sustainability, and regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field and 8+ years in an EHS role.
• Certifications from Board of Certified Safety Professionals or equivalent, or ability to obtain within 2 years.
• Ability to travel 25–50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across EHS programs.
• Audit EHS programs and implement improvements.
• Maintain environmental permits and compliance.
• Investigate incidents and propose preventive actions.
• Lead site EHS champions and set corporate EHS goals.
