Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery in Greater Indianapolis, IN, is seeking an experienced Environment, Safety & Environmental Manager to own the safety function across three manufacturing plants. The role emphasizes safety leadership with a 85% safety focus and 15% environmental focus.

You will lead a team of four and partner with operations, engineering and leadership to strengthen the safety culture, drive audits, training, permitting and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing safety/environmental roles.
• 4-year degree in Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety programs.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams in a non-union manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive OSHA compliance, safety training, audits, and injury prevention.
• Strengthen the company’s safety culture and risk-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee environmental compliance, permitting, reporting, and sustainability.
