Job summary

Movement Search and Delivery is seeking an EHS Manager to lead Health & Safety at one of their East Tennessee facilities. This is not a desk-only compliance role; you’ll be part of the site leadership team, working directly with operations and employees to strengthen safety culture, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of EHS/HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Hands-on safety leadership with shop floor involvement.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and developing safety programs.
• Environmental experience is valued; role weighted toward Health & Safety.
• Strong communication with hourly employees and plant leadership.
