Kerry invites motivated students to join a 12-week summer internship focused on health, safety, and environment. You will coordinate HSE policies, support North American programs, and drive safety initiatives across multiple rotating sites in the U.S. and Canada.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and real impact in sustainable operations. Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in health, safety, or environment with an expected graduation date between December 2027

Formación

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university in a health, safety or environment related field with an expected graduation date between December 2027 – May 2028
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization
• Computer, planning, and problem-solving skills
• A curious mindset

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and support the HSE Management System and provide advice and assistance to the HSE manager to reduce site HSE risk
• Support, implement and/or maintain specific North American HSE programs and projects
• Develop and implement safety initiatives to continually improve safety performance and objectives
• Support the assigned sites environmental/sustainability efforts including both achieving Zero Waste to Landfill and ISO 14001 certification
• Provide assistance to the site with HSE policy development; HSE inspections & audits; employee engagement at all levels; delivering HSE training; and leading HSE incident investigations
