The program emphasizes mentorship, leadership training, and hands-on experience in management systems, policy development, training, regulatory processes, and project management, with placements in full‑time EHS roles upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• Previous internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting are desired.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to lead projects and develop project plans.
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or student organizations.
• Willingness to relocate; relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24‑month structured EHS leadership program with mentorship.
• Receive leadership training and hands-on exposure to manufacturing facilities.
• Engage in areas such as policy development, training delivery and regulatory processes.
• Rotations across sites to build broad EHS leadership capabilities.
