Job summary

Caterpillar Brazil is hiring for the 2027 Leadership and Technical Development Program focused on Environmental Health and Safety. This program includes three 12-month rotations in various key EHS roles, allowing participants to develop foundational technical and leadership skills while addressing operational EHS challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess a completed degree in a relevant field and a GPA of at least 2.8/4.0. Relocation in North America is required, and candidates must have strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Completed degree from a university/college by the start of the program.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0.
• Willing to relocate domestically.

Responsibilities

• Complete three 12-month rotations in various EHS roles.
• Responsible for overseeing production and logistics activities.
• Engage in corporate EHS initiatives and facility EHS strategy.
