Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. invites applications for its Leadership and Technical Development Program (LTDP) in Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS). This three-year rotational program is designed for recent graduates looking to accelerate their careers by tackling EHS challenges. Participants will undertake three 12-month rotations, gaining valuable exposure across the company.

The ideal candidate will have a completed degree in relevant fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and a commitment to an inclusive work environment. Positions are located in the United States, and onsite work is required five days a week.

Qualifications

• Completed degree by program start in relevant fields.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0.
• Willingness to relocate domestically for each rotation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily worker tasks and ensure safety.
• Develop EHS strategy and assignments for facilities.
• Participate in diverse project responsibilities.
