Job summary

Sika is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety leader at a Kentucky site to oversee EHS programs, training, and incident investigations. The role drives safety culture, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with operations to implement robust risk management practices.

Ideal candidates bring CSP/CIH credentials (or MS), strong communication, and the ability to influence across all organizational levels while fostering a world-class safety culture.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental health science, or similar field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in occupational safety or environmental roles.
• CSP or CIH and/or MS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site in Environmental, Health & Safety, Ergonomics, Industrial Hygiene and Emergency Response.
• Coach leadership on safe behaviors to improve safety culture.
• Lead and manage all aspects of EHS training and compliance.
