Job summary

Southworth is seeking an experienced Manager, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) to lead the development, implementation and management of our EH&S programs. This role ensures compliance with local, national, and industry regulations while promoting a safe and healthy workplace across our growing portfolio of premier clubs and communities.

You will partner with department leaders to minimize risks, prevent incidents, protect the environment, and foster a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in environmental health, safety, or related field.
• Experience in a corporate EH&S environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs.
