Sure Steel, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Environment, Health and Safety Manager for the West Region to promote a culture of safety excellence within the organization. This role entails implementing safety programs, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of safety management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in safety management tools. This position is essential in maintaining a safe working environment across all operations.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in safety management or related roles, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies.
• Conduct safety training sessions to educate employees on safety procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of worksites and equipment.
• Investigate accidents and prepare incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
