Job summary

Judge Direct Placement seeks an Environmental Health & Safety professional to lead safety, health, and environmental initiatives across our operation. You will identify risks, develop inspection programs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience, strong communication and cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in MS Office. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address workplace safety, health, and environmental risks.
• Develop and manage facility inspection programs, policies, and procedures.
• Lead employee training on safety and emergency response.
• Monitor compliance and document inspection findings.
• Oversee direct reports, including timecard review and approval.
