Job summary

Judge Direct Placement seeks an Environmental Health & Safety professional to lead safety, health, and environmental initiatives across our operation. You will identify risks, develop inspection programs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience, strong communication and cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency in MS Office. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

What you’ll do:

• Identify and address workplace safety, health, and environmental risks
• Develop and manage facility inspection programs, policies, and procedures
• Lead employee training on workplace safety, emergency response, and related topics
• Partner across departments to strengthen safety practices and regulatory compliance
• Monitor compliance and document inspection findings
• Maintain SDS documentation and required environmental and employee exposure records
• Help drive continuous improvement in safety and operational performance
• Provide oversight for direct reports, including timecard review and approval

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety practices
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort using inspection-related technology
• Spanish is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
