Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an EHS Leader to guide a new 600+ person Greenville, SC facility through construction, transition and steady-state operations. You will champion Safety-by-Design, drive MOC, and partner with site leadership to implement a best-in-class EHS program aligned with GE Vernova standards.

The role requires a 7+ year EHS background, US regulatory knowledge, and a proven ability to build a high-performing safety organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an EHS-related field or Engineering and 7+ years of experience in EHS with US regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA and state environmental agencies in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety programs for startup Greenville SC RVS plant.
• Architect Safety-by-Design and lead construction, transition, and operation phases.
• Lead MOC processes and ensure proactive safety culture.
• Develop and implement site EHS roadmap aligned with GE Vernova standards.
• Manage EHS KPIs, audits, and regulatory compliance.
