Job summary

W3Global Inc. seeks a Plant Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to plan, coordinate, and administer all EHS programs at the facility, interfacing with federal and state regulators. The position requires strong communication, training, and reporting skills, with travel to other plant locations as needed.

You will lead MACT compliance, incident investigations, training programs, and regulatory reporting, ensuring ISO/OSHA alignment and a safe workplace for employees and visitors.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills including public speaking, effective interpersonal skills and technical writing.
• Five years minimum experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with EHS responsibilities.
• Travel to other plant locations when necessary.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, coordinate, and administrate all plant safety, health, and environmental programs.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and act as CCC Plant Representative.
• Ensure MACT compliance reports are submitted timely.
• Direct EHS training programs and document centralized training records.
• Monitor emissions and maintain regulatory reports and certifications.
