Job summary

Industrial Metal Supply Co. seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead EHS programs across IMS sites nationwide. You will drive strategy, ensure CAL-OSHA/OSHA compliance, and foster a proactive safety culture.

The role partners with operations and leadership, oversees site EHS committees, conducts audits, and interfaces with regulators. Travel to U.S. locations is required as part of the leadership it entails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Professional CSP/CIH certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee EHS programs across multiple IMS sites nationwide.
• Audit and investigate incidents; lead risk assessments and corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies & training; ensure regulatory compliance.
