Dauch Corporation seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety Leader to join our team in Three Rivers, MI. The role focuses on driving EHS programs, investigating incidents, and coordinating training to maintain a safe workplace.

You will conduct inspections, manage records for OSHA compliance, and work with Operations to implement safeguards and emergency management. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and workers' comp processes is valued.

Qualificações

• 1-3+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of regulatory safety and environmental standards; OSHA familiarity.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Investigates accidents, incidents, near misses, injuries, illnesses, and environmental incidents; prepares reports and ensures timely reporting.
• Implements education and training programs for good health and safety practices; coordinates testing and training.
• Conducts EHS inspections and follows up to ensure compliance and address risks; coordinates with Operations for safeguards.
• Maintains accurate and confidential EHS records and documentation for audits and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinates emergency-management activities and containment actions in case of incidents.
• Conducts vulnerability assessments and implements emergency-management programs.
• Creates mechanisms to assess and address plant and transport risks; researches safeguarding devices.
• Evaluates potential health hazards and engineers solutions to improve EHS.
