Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Leader to join our Three Rivers, MI team. You will support the EHS Manager, monitor manufacturing environment and processes, and help enforce safety standards for handling hazardous materials.

You will assist in developing emergency plans, conducting inspections, training, records management, and coordinating with operations to ensure regulatory compliance and safe, efficient operations at the site.

Qualifications

• Must have basic safety knowledge and 1–3+ years manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory safety and environmental standards.
• Experience with workers' compensation case management.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Investigates accidents and environmental incidents; prepares findings and reports.
• Conducts EHS inspections and coordinates actions with Operations and Maintenance.
• Maintains EHS records and ensures regulatory compliance and audits.
• Coordinates emergency-management activities and training programs.
• Supports plant management on EHS-related issues and risk mitigation.
