Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking an EHS Data Manager to administer, maintain, and improve our EHS technology platforms such as Gensuite, Absorb LMS, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

This role supports EHS compliance, data management, reporting, training administration, document control, and process improvement initiatives across the organization. You will manage user access, dashboards and KPIs, collaborate with EHS, Operations, HR, IT and leadership, and identify opportunities for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Environmental Health & Safety, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience administering EHS systems, LMS, SharePoint, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong data management, reporting, and analytics skills (Excel, Power BI).
• Knowledge of incident management, audits, document control, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer EHS systems including user access, permissions, and enhancements.
• Maintain accuracy and accessibility of EHS data and records.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
• Manage EHS documents, workflows, forms, and approvals.
• Support incident reporting, corrective actions, audits, and inspections.
• Administer Absorb LMS including training assignments and compliance reporting.
• Provide user training and documentation for EHS systems.
• Collaborate with EHS, Operations, HR, IT and leadership to drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
