Job summary

Land View seeks an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety and environmental programs across a diverse manufacturing footprint. The role partners with site leadership to embed a proactive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes risk management, incident investigations, and continuous improvement while supporting growth across Idaho, Oregon, and Washington with travel to facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive Environmental, Health & Safety experience.
• Experience within chemical manufacturing or heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-site EHS programs.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company’s Environmental, Health & Safety strategy.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across operations.
• Partner with operations and leadership to embed EHS in daily decisions.
• Coach managers on safety leadership and accountability.
• Oversee audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
