The Pivot Group Network is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee environmental health and safety initiatives at Whitehall area manufacturers. This role focuses on incident investigations, OSHA reporting, training delivery, PPE management, and emergency preparedness across shifts.

You will contribute to building long-term safety programs and performance metrics while partnering with local plants to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, engineering or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting with EHS responsibilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulations.
• Proven incident investigations and corrective action leadership.
• Strong written and verbal training and reporting skills.
• Ability to work on the plant floor across shifts.

Aufgaben

• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis for injuries and near misses.
• Coordinate OSHA and environmental compliance reporting and recordkeeping.
• Deliver safety training and onboarding for employees.
• Manage PPE programs, industrial hygiene sampling and exposure monitoring.
• Oversee emergency response plans, drills and first aid readiness.
• Track EHS metrics and present trends to plant leadership.
• Maintain and update environmental, health and safety programs for the plant.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify hazards and confirm corrective actions are closed.
