Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership, culture, and engagement across the facility.
• Develop and deliver hands-on safety training and Toolbox Talks.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with operations to mitigate safety risks in projects.
• Track EHS metrics and report trends to leadership.
