Job summary

Hexagon Agility is seeking an EHS Coordinator to lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across our Alabama plant. The role focuses on developing programs, training, and incident response to support a zero-incident safety culture.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience writing reports, documenting incidents and delivering employee training.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Environmental, Health, Safety, and security of facilities to align with regulations and company processes.
• Interface with regulatory agencies on EHS matters.
• Develop, implement, and deliver effective training programs.
• Provide technical/regulatory guidance for chemical handling and hazardous waste programs.
• Ensure Job Hazard Analysis is conducted and action items closed.
• Assist in Emergency Plan and Emergency Response Team management.
• Provide First Aid, CPR/AED and HAZ-COM training.
• Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis; ensure closure of cases.
• Maintain an inspection program and track corrective actions to closure.
• Assist communication of EHS metrics and develop departmental safety policies.
