Hazelett Corporation seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Lead to champion safety across manufacturing, maintenance, and operations. You will engage teams, develop practical safety solutions, and drive culture change to prioritize employee wellbeing.

You will lead investigations, training, and safety communications, while collaborating with supervisors and engineers to implement robust controls and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or process-focused roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication of safety concepts to all levels.
• Plan, deliver, and facilitate safety training for diverse employee groups.
• Coordinate safety investigations and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership, culture, and engagement initiatives.
• Develop safety campaigns, recognition programs, and interactive events.
• Deliver hands-on safety training and toolbox talks.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, determine root causes, and implement improvements.
• Track EHS metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Partner with production to implement practical safety controls.
