is seeking a dedicated Environmental, Health and Safety Leader to develop and maintain site EHS standards and programs for employees, suppliers, and visitors, reducing hazards and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role involves coordinating with senior management to implement site-specific safety policies, conducting audits, investigating incidents, and developing emergency response plans to protect people and the environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Management or similar field.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar credentials preferred.
• Minimum five years in a safety leadership role.

Mansioni

• Trains managers to know and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Trains employees to observe safety policies and respond to emergencies.
• Conducts facility-wide safety audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Performs site inspections to identify hazards and evaluates risks.
• Develops and tests emergency response protocols and drills.
• Investigates work-related injuries or illnesses and reports findings.
