Job summary

True Environmental, in partnership with Matrix New World Engineering, seeks a Client Development Leader to drive business development for EHS/Industrial Hygiene projects. You will lead key accounts, build strategic client relationships, and guide proposals and program delivery to ensure client satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
15+ years in environmental consulting or related field.
10+ years in business development and client relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software.
Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to grow EHS/Industrial Hygiene consulting services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to meet revenue targets.
Build and manage key accounts, evolving relationships to trusted-advisor status.
Represent the company at industry conferences and client meetings.
Mentor junior project team members and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Lead proposals for potential new projects and programs.
Coordinate resources to align with project plans and timelines.
