Amazon Inc. seeks a Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager to drive a comprehensive safety program across operations. You will lead safety culture changes, partner with site leadership, and transform data into actionable risk-reduction strategies.

You will build a high-performing WHS team, oversee audits, training, and strategic safety initiatives while aligning with Amazon’s safety standards and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations; 5+ years in people and performance management.

Responsabilités

• Lead a comprehensive WHS program and safety culture transformation.
• Partner with Operations leadership to weave safety into daily operations using data-driven insights.
• Build and develop a high-performing WHS team and drive continuous improvement.
