Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive EHS experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Direct experience in food manufacturing, logistics, or multi-unit retail/hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry (29 CFR 1910), DOT, and local fire codes.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays when necessary.
• Proficient in English reading and writing.
• Ability to work independently.
• Preferred CSP/ASP, OSHA 30-Hour GI, HACCP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure OSHA, EPA, FDA, and DOT compliance across the supply chain.
• Develop and maintain a zero-incident safety culture from plant to retail.
• Oversee safety for food plants, logistics, and retail stores.
• Conduct regulatory audits and incident investigations; manage workers’ compensation.
