Job summary

Tous Les Jours is seeking a Work Safety Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across our food manufacturing and retail footprint in Buena Park, CA. The role requires a strategic mindset to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA, and DOT regulations while fostering a zero-incident culture.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years of EHS experience with a managerial background, direct food manufacturing exposure, and bilingual English/Korean abilities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive EHS experience with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Direct experience in Food manufacturing (SQF, HACCP, Environments), logistics, or multi-unit retail/hospitality is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of OSHA General Industry (29 CFR 1910), DOT compliance, and local fire codes.
• Bilingual in English and Korean is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends or holidays, when necessary.
• Must be proficient in English reading and writing.
• Preferred Certificates: CSP or ASP, OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Certification, HACCP or food Safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan, implement, and oversee all environmental, health, and safety programs across the company’s supply chain, including production plants, warehouses, and retail locations.
• Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA, EPA, FDA (food safety intersections), and DOT regulations.
• Develop and train a resilient safety culture from manufacturing floor to retail counters.
• Lead regulatory auditing, incident investigations, and management of workers' compensation claims.
